Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders of ₹1,000 and above
- Standard Shipping: ₹50

Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
- Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day
- Dispatch Notification: You'll receive an email when your order is shipped, including tracking details whenever we have a tracking number for your order
- Tracking: Where a tracking number is available, you can track your order on the delivery partner's website

Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order
- We can only correct an address before your order is dispatched, so tell us as soon as possible

Failed Delivery Attempts
- Your delivery partner may re-attempt delivery if nobody is available to receive the package
- After failed attempts, the package returns to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply
Damaged or Missing Items

- Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours
- Include photos of damaged items/packaging
- We'll arrange replacement or refund as appropriate
